My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.
Fake Amazon call about Prime (which we don't even have!)
Number came up as "The Graham Arms Inn". Caller claimed to represent Vodafone but was unable to tell me my name (I'm a Vodafone customer). When pressed for an answer he hung up.
They keep on calling me about advantages of investing into their company. I don't know how to get rid of them.

This number 33975819984 called yesterday. Number belongs to scammers, message claimed money had been transferred from account to foreign country. Treat as Dangerous / Scam. Number comes up on phone as coming from France. A second number 33759286792 rang today & hung up immediately when i answered, also came up as France & approx 24 hours from other scam call.
No reply when answered and hung up.

Scam call - woman rabbiting on about energy saving, need to send an energy consultant to my house to do a survey. 'Helen' good at talking but rubbish at listening! Had the same as Judit when trying to call back after missing the call, which first showed up as an 0113 number in Edinburgh. Rang again today on this number and I answered: Indian guy with thick accent saying I had a car on finance in the last 8 years. Obviously this applies to most people. I just hung up. This occurred the day after listing my car for sale, so it's obviously a scam targeting those selling cars on Gumtree or Autotrader. I doubt they could tell you anything about yourself if you asked.

Think this was a scam, it took a while to connect and then went through to a call centre. I asked who it was and then it hung up.
I believe this to be a banking scam as the automated called said they were from Bank Security - but no bank name given. They told me that a charge for £700 had been made by Amazon (I no longer have an account there) and an international charge of £2,000. I was asked to press a number to speak to security!!!
