Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.
Multiple calls daily from this number, told multiple times not to call again to no avail.
Insulation How dare they hang up on you when they have just tried to force you to agree to an appointment with one of their guys to check out your loft insulation! Quite plainly a scam as any half decent company would not pay their staff to be so rude

Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be.
