Claims to be PPI investigator and had my number from a database. Obviously not as they had incorrect details which gave the game away, besides which I never had PPI. If only I got 1p every time a PPI call was made, I could give up work.

I ve had that many calls from this number recently it s getting me down. The callers are MKRR a debt collection company but they have no legal right to be ringing and pestering the public. I am wary of answering my phone to any unknown numbers and thank god for caller display! They keep mithering by post as well but I ve been advised to ignore them.

Also similar number called me recently, probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
