House phone rang, I answered. & nobody spoke. I tried to instigate a conversation & still silence. The line then went dead. Obviously automated connection

I received the call from this Vietnam number at 8am on a Sunday. By the time I got to my phone they had rung off without leaving a message. I had requested a cash offer for my house from Go Move and wondered if it was them. I checked with Who Called Me and discovered that it was a Vietnamese number which has over 1000 checks and one7/10 review saying it was a government message thanking them for their coronaviru efforts. My phone rang again from the same 0845 602 11111 number and I got an SMS from Go Move
Rang me at 2340 pm No noise or anything When attempting to ring back it goes to O2 voicemail

I declined both options and checked my account online to find, surprise, surprise, there were no such transactions.

Recorded voice claiming to be Amazon and saying I'd been charged £95 for Prime, and to dial '1' if I didn't agree. A quick check with the Amazon website confirmed this to be BS. We wonder where dialling '1' would go and at what cost?

When challenged he blocked me without any response. I got an email from PayPal, saying I purchased a cell phone & that payment is now due. I called the number on the invoice from PayPal, a man with a thick indian accent answered & struggled to speak good English to explain himself. He asked me for the invoice number & said that a purchase was made IN MY NAME although my opening remarks were 'I don't have a PayPal account but I received an email requesting payment for a purchase' - when I asked him 'what's my name?' he hung up!
