SCAM says from bt open reach

This number rang my Mobile which is only know to a few people. I was told it was HMRC and if i didn't send some paper work i would be liable to prosecution. Told to press option one to speak to some one did so and the person on the end said something like thank you for calling !!!! didn't understand the last bit. I commented I didn't call you did, it then went quiet. I hung up. Both voices were certainly not UK English in speakers. Don't trust this phone number think it's a scam

SCAM it's the number given to me by a scammer to ring the anti fraud department for HSBC but it's a scammers number. don't ring it.

Fraud- claiming to be o2 offering discounts and Christmas promotions. Sends you a code for them to log into your o2 account. Asks for bank and card details. O2 have confirmed it's a scam.

SCAM - texted me claiming to be apple to get my bank details

Likely scam. They rang me. I picked up but didn't say anything into the phone. They didn't say anything either and then hung up. I always answer in this way when I receive an unexpected phone call from an unfamiliar number. Legitimate callers always say "hello" and try to get a response. Scammers hang up. It happens every time!

Claimed he was from Sky but same number called saying they from O2 so its either telemarketers or scammers spoofing real companies

rang 11-05-2022 claiming to be BT internet we just hung up. we live in the Leeds LS25 area.

SCAM. Sending fake messages saying you have been in contact with someone recently isolating, Then sending fake links which take you to fake and fraudulent phishing NHS pages in attempts to scam you for your details.

Called saying they were Vodafone offering a 20% discount on my bill, then was asking to transfer to supervisor who dropped the call and then called back and started asking for my details. Very sus, likely Indian scam call centre, avoid and block

SCAM sounds like a scam offering you a medical alert device, dint contiue the call as I asked to speak to his manager as he said his manager had given him a list of no's to ring, he then hung up on me, so incosiderate i might have fell for it

didn't answer phone flags it as potential fraud and reports the number. Get the same call every few weeks, normally some foreign person telling me about how I can get home repairs from the government. Told them last time I lived in a tent, and they put the phone down on me. Don't answer.

Fraud fake call, claims to be Citizens Advice but clearly wasn't. Hung up when questions- called is 100% a criminal (I'm on TPS so a big giveaway when they call)

I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

Claimed ti be shaw cover insurance brokers Phoning on behalf of the bog 5 insurance companies. Wanting to know what my cover was and who it was being left to and that they could lower my payments and increase my cover. Asked them who they were.phinong on behalf of! Not my life insurance company ???? contacted my insurance company who conformed they do not use brokers and to always use them direct for anything

Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. People find it hard to stay committed again. It’s becoming a difficult thing. Getting information & data you need is quite not a big deal. Sometimes the truth needs to be unveiled by whatsoever means necessary. The latter of the case should always be reckoned with, of which it would be known eventually what would be the data at hand afterwards. definitely contact Wong best Wizard would do justice on this intercepting with wares and you will have me to thank ( Wongbestwizard @Gmail.com )

SCAM ,automated call saying about 2 large payments being held , 1 being for £1000 for Amazon ,. Continues by saying press 1 to authorise. Didn't continue call but presumably will ask for card details to confirm . Rang number back , and number doesn't exist
