Strike 1 She then claimed I was with Zen Internet (I'm not). Strike 2 I declined to give the name of my service provider and asked what she was after. She hung up. Looked dodgy to me.

This is the second call in as many days from what appears to be a valid UK phone number but is most likely a cold caller masking their own number/ID and falsely making the call look like it's a UK number. I rang back the 'UK' number that phoned us the day before and it was a private individual living in Worcestershire. Neither she nor her husband had made the call. Well I have just received a call from this line answered and they hung up leaving me to wonder not too long because I called this number with a different line but the line was not going through saying that I have dialled an incorrect number.
Similar number 3332406199 is already reported here with payday loan company - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message.
