SCAM Upon connection there was an electronic tone like you used to get with Skype. Man with thick accent tried to interest me in a motor accident I recently had and had “forgotten about”. When I said no I hadn’t had one I was immediately disconnected. This is not Aberdeen, it sounds more like India.

Scam trying to get money using a dead persons name and telephone number , heavy Indian accent didn’t sound professional but a week ago this same person rang about timeshare compensation , both times he asked for my husband by name , this time it was a debt my husband supposedly owed , B shit , but blocked both numbers and going to report to action fraud .
This number called me this morning before 09.00hours Now the answer machine, clicked in, but just got a high pitched 1 note for a few seconds. Why don't they speak??? SCAM!! Called saying someone was trying to buy an iPhone on my account. They sent me an Amazon authentication code and wanted me to tell them what it was! I think this is so they could gain access to my account. Very scary they could do this. I have now changed my Amazon login details!

This number through a series of texts purporting to be from my daughter has defauded me today through a banking scam
who rang me 01784423424? Salvation Army are calling on phone apparently to hand out grants for energy bills etc asap- b4 March ends. Although initially we thought it was a scam so I even rang my pastor who assumed the same .Turns out they really seem to be legit and are asking for bank details on the phone as they only have a short time to give the grants of £100 each house to vulnerable peeps on PIP etc I rang their HQ from number on official site and it all seems sound so far.
