Clearly this is a nuisance and most certainly is unsolicited. Whilst the number appears to be a Manchester number clearly it is not. An elderly family member had a call from this number and in no way could understand the Asian caller. It is probably a fake number. When they ask if I have been in an accident recently my usual answer is to say "You tell me you seem to know". Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, boiler schemes, insurance marketing, "you win a voucher.." - wide scope :), pure telemarketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
