If you haven t missed any payments to your bank then nothing they can do. Just tell them to send something to you in writing as you do not give out information over the phone - I have done this and never received any letters.

I contacted this number after several missed calls, the company is called Freshstart, from what they said they get your info via loan applications etc, They seem to either provide or find you Debt Management company/PPI insurance recovery and probably other things. I just said I didnt need it and to take me of the call list.
