Phoned me yesterday, i answered as this is a local number to me. Line was quiet initially, and then a male voice stated where he was calling from (though he said it so fast, no one would have a chance in understanding where he was calling from). He then went on to say "you recent life insurance claim has been refused". I said I still didn't know what they were talking about and they said 'never mind then'. I asked them to send me an email and they said they only review over the phone so never mind.

When I called the number back (from 1471) no-one answered - There was a pre-recorded message saying "Invalid option - try again" so do not know who they are, but likley to be an "undesirable"

A female caller with an Indian accent stated she was from Microsoft support requesting access to the PC. After stating 'not interested' she called back 4 more times. She knew my home address which is worrying.
