SCAM - Call centre, once you pick up and speak it goes through to a very busy call centre. Indian sounding gentleman, only knew my first name, I asked who was calling and he claimed "NHS vaccination programme" at which point I told him he was lying and to stop scamming people, he hung up.

Got a call from someone saying he was from accident and something but someone laughed then another person laughed then the caller hung up.
They called me and they said that they was calling from Microsoft Windows Security about a problem with my pc. I don t have any problem and I didn t ask any assistence. So I think it is a scam.

SCAM: I think it must be a scam number because he said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse which has since disbanded. he jumped in with another 'even better offer' before I'd even rejected the 1st offer. I didn't get a chance to reject any offer though as they spoke so fast with a thick accent, that I couldn't understand what was being said. I then asked him to repeat & he said 'bye' & hung up... This is a renewal scam phone number. Do not call them. You haven't been billed for renewing Norton (even if you are using it, this number is not Norton). They even claim the number is "toll free" - which it isn't. Also, this is not a term we use in the UK anyway, we would say it was a freephone number. The scam usually involves you logging in to your on-line bank, then them showing you that they have overrfunded you (by blanking your screen then manipulating the contents of the page).
