If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! I asked how he had come by my phone number as I’ve never dealt with the company, but he immediately launched into a sales pitch.
