This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Have received two calls from this number first time a woman, second time a man. First time asked for my wife by name, then rang off, second time no meaningful conversation. When i ring the number back I get a voice message in an American twang, stating that the call is important to them and to hold for the next available operative.
