I have managed to confirm that calls from this number are from a company debt management company called Stephenson Drake (www.stevensondrake.com. They operate by automated cold calling your number. You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. If you press 5 to speak to someone then you are cut off BUT your number is stored and you will receive a follow up call from them. lady said that a rep had picked up a compliments slips from my company, which is an absolute lie as I work from home and don t have compliments slips !

Called a couple of times. Said he was calling from the technical depth at TalkTalk about my internet connection. Didn't believe him and put the phone down.

Reported to be a genuine Barclays (or Barclaycard) number but also reported to have been spoofed by scammers. Treat with caution.

Claimed to be from BT and said did we know our hub needed updating and would need daily adjustment...sounded like a caller from India.

Told me I d applied for a loan, I hadn t! Refused to give his details or tell me where he had got my number from. He was very rude demanding I agreed to applying for a loan and that I wanted one! I asked to speak with manager stating I believed fraud was being commited in my name. He said he was the manager and promptly hung up on me. Don t answer calls from this number, not a pleasant experience.

This lot continue to shell out on new numbers perhaps in the hope that they will get through my Call Blocker phone. Well you won't and now you're blocked permanently.

This number called me unexpectedly today, I had not been in contact with this company before. I picked up and said Hello? several times and no one talked. In the background, there was a lot of noise from what sounded like a call centre. Definitely marketing call or likewise.
