Virgo Home Improvements Ltd, Bradford. Call called with a silent call from a local (Huntindon) number, so illigal use of silent calls. Deliberatly masking true phone number with fake caller ID, based in the area they are targetting, to dupe the callers. Finally number is TPS registers, so failing to comply with DMA rules.
