Its some Scottish Deb Collection Agency (possibly BPO Collections).
This Asian Pakistani keeps ringing every few days and is harassing use verbal to make him go away but still rings.

I had missed call from this number, when I rang back it said it was ECC. I just put the phone down. I haven't a clue what or who is ECC. Does anybody know?

Automated call kept asking me to press 1 to hear message. Supposedly this number was calling from Russian federation Samara region. Seems weird
Claimed to be Barclays Bank Fraud Department and to rung number. Checked at Barclays and definitely not Barclays. It is a scam.
Rings for a few seconds then when you pick the phone up it s cut off already.
This a pension trying to get you to surrender your private company pension mis selling again
