Lame sales call, claiming to work with BT Openreach. Considering that Openreach hasn t been called "BT Openreach" for several years, BT divested the company in March 2017. So, lame start to sales call. Then claims to save money on broadband and phone, I think we have all heard these claims.

I have not had a motor vehicle for 5 years, when told this they still want to proceed with a claim. Call centre asked if I had been in an accident (If I 'hadn't', why would I have been put through). The line then went dead after 1 min 13. Rang back and it said I could be charged on the number.
