If you tried to ring it back and it said the number hasn t been recognised, then it doesn t exist and is a scam.

this is the second number to ring to say that they were calling from virgin media and that I was having problems with my internet and my router was intermittent and had a fault. Ignored but just as phone began to ring I received a one-time-passcode from O2. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. Don't let these cunts catch you out and warn your less fraud-savvy relatives

I had a call from 02084421145 this morning 28/02/2020. It was a recorded message telling me that Amazon Prime was going to take £79 out of my bank account for the annual membership fee. It said if I did not agree then I should press 1 on my phone keypad. I ended the call. I am not an Amazon Prime member!
Paid number. I didn’t answer this call. As I don’t know anyone who would call me from between Liverpool, Leeds & north of Manchester. I pressed to stop it ringing each time. But it rang back twice more before I could block it. No message has been left.
