You can win with these scum, they record the calls so give them a "NOTICE" when they call you, and you can attach a fee, payable if its breeched,(Just like a trespass notice on a field) if they call you after you have them under notice not too ever call again, they are in breech of this notice and you can take them to a small claims court for harassment, (it becomes a contract when they breech your notice)the company know this so they STOP, it may take 3 occasions you can prove so record the calls. I am ex-directory and am also registered with the telephone preference service, yet I had two missed calls on my caller display from this number today. When I rang back to see who it was, I got a recorded message saying "you have dialled an incorrect number. Please check the number and redial." Obviously an untraceable number.
