Spam HMRC calls - dont answer, threatening legal action if dont reply!
African accent from BT .I asked if his CV wasn t good enough to get him a proper job and he called me a M..F.. I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. I then asked if his mother was proud of what he did for a living and he put the phone down. Great fun!!

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. This number has phoned me multiple times but if I notice the call and answer it - the caller just hangs up instantly.
Phew safe number. As like others I thought it was a debt collection agency.
Very rude, so they were met with a similar response from myself. Called again next day, I answered saying "this phone call is recorded for legal purposes" and they hung up.
SPAM BT Openreach technical dept asking about my internet speed, when did I last test it, what were the values, can I recheck it. Then he asked if I knew how to get an accurate one and he would help me. I asked WHY!! He then wanted the ping rate. In the end I think he wasn’t happy because I am actually annoyed at the service 1.3 megabytes per second! I asked him what is this about and I am NOT letting you near my iPad. He hung up.

Fraud They claim to be HMRC and you will be prosecuted if you don't return the call. The language gets quite amateurish towards the end of the message. It is obviously a fraud as I have a self-assessment online account with HMRC and any messages they want to send me are processed through that account. Not sure what the scam is but just ignore it.
