Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1622370xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - classical accident chasers, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
Says they are an energy saving company, when I asked how they got my number they hung up!

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Rang us at 6 am, female caller had a Philippines accent, wanted us to take part in a survey for the FINANCIAL TIMES. Asked her if she was aware of the time and answered very brazenly "Yes it s very early" told her that we were not interested but she carried on so told her to "F**K OFF" and hung up.
