Phishing organisation. Claims to be from Road Traffic Assistance Management and will suggest you have had a no fault car accident and are entitled to compensation. Only know s first name. Calls started as soon as I put my car up for sale and caller uses Gumtree username as your name.

Caller didn t know who my mobile provider was, but tried to convince me I was entitled to a new phone for free. They hung up when they realised I was not taking the bait.

This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. These people will call on a daily basis around the same time, you pick up the phone someone is there on other end and then puts phone down on you, when you try and call back you get number not recognised, tried blocking number doesn t seem to work

I missed 8 calls from this number in the space of 10 mins! When I spotted the missed calls I called back(no voicemail messages had been recorded) I had assumed it was very urgent owing to the persistence of the caller - the number is not recognised. Updated: just picked up a call - it seems I d had an accident, couldn t help but play along .... after a while I added that I was a police officer (which I m not!) and the line went dead - how odd.

Claimed to be from BT and that they were going to be disconnecting my internet due to problems my connection has been causing. Pay X and we wont disconnect you blah blah told them not with BT Woman on phone then claimed BT own the whole network and they could still disconnect my line. Completely Fake trying to operate on Fear mongering avoid these scammers at all costs!

I got several calls from this number and last night he left a voicemail message. He wanted to meet up for sex, I have no clue who this person is or how he got my number. He said they got it at a London club but I don t live there or go to nightclubs. Really weird, he called at 11:56pm and again at 00:05am. I ve heard the same number is used for harassing people about porn, parking tickets and many other ridiculous calls.

Alex called from this number around 12.13. he called 01708250260 and he lied about table booking so he can speak to the manager. He lied that Mr Iqbal is expecting his call and it was just for a sale instead. I dont want to receive such calls in future. Kind regards Iqbal

Supposedly HMRC saying I’m gonna be arrested and have to dial 1 to talk to them.

This phone number has been calling our house for weeks and weeks sometimes up to 15 times a day. we let the answer machine pick the call up and they never speak or leave a message, annoying to say the least!

Caller asked to speak to marketing/website person for the company. Told him no one was available, said he would ring back, I asked who was calling TWICE, he ignored that request and put the phone. Although very polite, he was rude. He wont get through next time he is going on my blocked caller number list.
