They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. ASKED ABOUT THE INJURY CLAIM I WAS DAELING WITH, I HAVE NO INJURY CLAIM, ASKED MY NAME, ADDRESS, WHO I BANKED WITH. TOLD HIM I HAD NO INTENTION OF TELLING HIM ANYTHING AND NOT TO CALL ME AGAIN.
