Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

Pertaining to be from UK Service Plan. They informed me that I had been with them since 2014. I am pretty sure that is not correct as I have never had any insurance other than makers warranty on any white goods. Anyway, they said they would send through those documents. Missed call - I have started to reject London based numbers made to my mobile as a matter of course following numerous scam calls originating from that area.
This number (0118 380 0523) has rung my home 3 times today and they hung up before I could get to the ‘phone. Really annoying.
