Claimed to be from Vodafone. However Vodafone don't have this number listed on their Website as an official number. I'd suggest hanging up.

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Said they were contacting me about a problem I had with my house - suggesting it was rented / local authority. It's not so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. SCAM This number called on my land line with a recoded message stating that my internet was to be cut off within the next 24 to 48 hours because of illegal activity. If I needed to speak to an executive manager I instructed to press 1 on my handset. The internet was not cut off nor has been interrupted. This is a scam.

SCAM answered a call and it stated in an automated American accent, that there was some problem between me and HMRC and that i have been fined. I was instructed to press a number to get through to HMRC to pay the fine. I quickly hung up. Fraud

Said was from EE PROMOTIONAL team. Hung up as EE CALL from their contact centres and appear as an 03 number and not a domestic landline number. Caller was indian from their accent and dialect. Likely using a voip set up . Do not give details and hang up.

Scammer pretending to be from BT. Said hackers were active on my BT account and wanted all kinds of information about my broadband and devices. I'm not with BT so refused and he threatened to disconnect my service if I didn't comply... Absolute scum - beware!

Automated message sounds like it is from the bank, but did not state name of bank, or cardholder. Used another phone to call the number back (out of curiosity). Mobile network sates it is an invalid number, and call made from Ireland, with a London code?

AMAZON - said he was Amazon and that I’d made a purchase of an iPhone 13 last night and did I want to proceed with the purchase - sounded like he was from India and number showing as located in Russia!
