Asked me did I have a bank account, then claimed I could be owed money. When I advised I was not interested the person ended the call.

Junk calls started again on 2Jan18, this being one of them - had again today, the 3rd and didn t answer again; tried calling it from my work phone and get a recorded "The number have dialled has not been recognised."

Caller asked to speak to marketing/website person for the company. Told him no one was available, said he would ring back, I asked who was calling TWICE, he ignored that request and put the phone. Although very polite, he was rude. He wont get through next time he is going on my blocked caller number list.

These people will call on a daily basis around the same time, you pick up the phone someone is there on other end and then puts phone down on you, when you try and call back you get number not recognised, tried blocking number doesn t seem to work

Numerous calls from this number early morning to late asking for someone who has never lived at this address. Will not take verbal confirmation of this and insist on me emailing them. Darn sure they aren t getting my email as well! Now blocked with BT Choose to Refuse Service! Worth every penny.

This number belongs to a Savings and investment company. Was very bad reception on the call but the company name started with the word Scottish. I couldn t make out the rest.

Two different people have called me from this company over the past week, both pretending to be from EE and wanting to upgrade my "business contract" (I don t have one). I told them I wasn t interested but they were still quite aggressively selling, so I hung up and have now blocked the number.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Received a call from very polite lady tells me she s from a company called hyc and I am entitled to a refund about PPI.I just let her waffle on about her shit until she says hello can you hear me sir.I say yes can you hear me sir I say yes.she carries on waffling and ask who are your finances with.I Dont answer.she says hello,I say hello,she asks can you hear me darling,I say yes .she asks again about finances and tells me a list of banks giving refunds asks who do you bank with, I Dont answer,she says hell

Called by this number today, said from Labour Party, questioned about why I joined as a registered supporter of Labour Party, was I a member of another organisation etc. I really took exception having to declare whether I voted labour in the last general election; irrespective of whether I did or not, that s my business! Since when do people have to tell others how they vote in at the polling booth!
