SCAM 01227631995 - had a call from this number claiming to be from Amazon regarding a Gift Casrd purchase for £49+ made supposedly by me from an address in London. Having never bought a gift card nor having anything to do with this address I told the caller so, and also said that this is a scam call, to which he hung up. I have had several similar calls to this one for varying amounts and each time I am quoted the same London address. Clearly this is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. The best way to resolve your problem is to just wait, most packages arrive they are never just kept at a Royal mail office. If your package does not arrive in the time frame set out by Aliexpress, this can be seen on there site in your orders, this is time to open dispute upload image of tracking get full refund.

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. They are an Indian call centre who use spoof caller ID numbers. Do not trust them! Block them with a call blocker (you may need to block VOIP calls)or answer the call something like this: "This is the FBI - we have you surrounded! Come out with your hands up! All units - GO! GO! GO!" That should make them hang up!
