SCAM claiming to be Debt collectors, rung on six occasions, last call very aggressive and threatening staff by some bloke with Scottish accent ( weather real or not ) claiming the be the boss and we had had enough chances to clear the debt which was for £4700.00 plus £950.00 for their expenses We are a funeral Directors and the idea was they told us because the nature of our business they didn’t want to call and was hoping that it could be settled over the phone. Phoned today claiming to be from AMAZON about an order placed last night through my account. First error as I don't have an AMAZON account. They sent a 6-digit code to use when I cancelled my order and said they would phone back, surprise surprise I am still waiting on that return call.

Just received a very aggressive call from this number to my mothers house she is 90 and hung up the first time because she could hear. I answered second time when they rang back and was shouted at why do you hand up. They then demand to return box? herself within 3 working days to an address I didn't even catch they introduced themselves as being from Microsoft this call would have scared my mother had she taken it. SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. Someone claiming to be from "Tenancy Deposit Helpline" asking if we have a private tenancy deposit. Asked where they got our details from, they said from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, I said surely they'd know if we had a private deposit if that was where they got out details. He hung up.
