SCAM A recorded message from 'Crystal at BT technical support' to tell me that they had detected that 'your security has been breached; dial 1 to speak to BT technical support. Clearly a scam of some nature, I didn't bother to dial 1 to find out what exactly.

Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Given my employer has just highlighted to us that there is a scam doing the rounds from companies claiming to be from mobile phone companies, and I have never had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse - its likely this is a scam
