Seems to be from Kinex, a company claiming to save business money on insurance and services charges. Website www.kinex.co.uk shows contact numbers: - 0161 465 6610 to 6613, 0161 871 1095 to 1097 and various others. See also 01473 232194

Similar experience to Tuglet ... Caller claimed OH had been getting lots of nuisance calls, I said no, he never picks up the phone unless he knows the number and if our phone does not block them automatically, then I did and put the phone down. Now polite I know but expected the hard sell.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. It s the usual robocalls: My phone rings (either my landline of my smartphone), I answer it, a recorded voice comes on to say, "Please wait while an adviser attends your call", and most times some poor young loser introducing him or herself from Red Star Financial Management asks questions about a bank loan I may have taken out in the 17th century. They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. Been calling my phone several times a day for how many days already but I ve never answered the calls as its unknown to me. I don t want to be harassed by these people and have no way of blocking the number.

Young female, said I had had an accident in the past 2/3 yrs which was non fault, I have not! When asked where she had my number from as registered with TPS she completely blanked me and spoke over me, said goodbye and hung up. Very annoyed!
