Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.
Lady from 'Sterling' asking how a commercial office property search was going for a company I previously worked at. Think they bought the information or just found it on Linkedin - hadn't worked there in years & had never spoken with Sterling previously.

To all those trying to trace there package from Aliexpress by ringing this number they display on there tracking, please do not. 07401878848 is a mobile phone number at an indian call centre, i traced it back through the network. Someone pretending to be from amazon stating that my details have been used to order some high value items and that to cancel it i would have to do as they instructed. They wanted remote access to my computer/tablet/phone so they could steal my data. The idiots didn't realise that they had phoned an it company. when i informed them of their mistake they hung up.
