The first thing I say to any number that calls me and starts by stating my name and asking if it is me... "Who is calling?", no response.

Called twice within the hour during the evening. Nottingham code. We live hundreds of miles from there! Left answer machine to deal with it. Recorded message saying there was a power cut in our area (there was not) press a number to acknowledge we'd heard the message (we didn't). We unplugged the phone overnight as they'd said they'd let us know when the power would be back on. Odd!

When I answer, they put the phone down, they never leave a message and when I called them back, I got an annoying automated message of the person on extension .....
