Multiple calls, aggressive and pushy attitude, refused to take no for an answer. When I said I was putting the phone down he told me I couldn t. then phone rang 6 more times in quick succession. 1471 gave me the number

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. If they are, perhaps others will not follow their example. I do not worry for myself, but people who fall for their smooth talking.
