This is a scam automated call with a false notification of fraudulent use being made of Amazon account.
Asian man said he was from ee and that he could give me deal of new phone,unlimited calls, phone and text for £10pm so I would not have to pay 2 amounts next month. This number called my 90 year old mother posing as the fraud department from the Bank of Scotland. He said 2 lots of money had left her account and they were chasing this up. Thankfully she phoned the bank and it was confirmed that these transactions had not happened. It was a scam, I think to get her personal details, not any account numbers - perhaps identity theft. He phoned her again today apologising for not phoning back yesterday but my mum was very blunt with her replies and he hung up.
