Lowell is the caller but every time I pick phone up they never answer.

Got a message from this number.

They asked for my husband who is at work, then they asked me if I was Mrs Belfield , I said yes and then they hung up.

Sick and tired of this person phoning me. When I pick up they just put the phone down. Can't understand what they get out of it!

Getting a lot of calls from Scottish numbers that put the phone down after 2 seconds

Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

Received a call from this number trying to sell energy saving windows and doors. 2 days later received exactly the same call but this time rang on a mobile. Number is 07879729385.

Just to confirm, after my previous post I reported this number to the police, who said it definitely is a scam, and that Microsoft would never call you about this sort of thing. These people will generally want remote access to your computer to "fix a virus" or something like that. They show you some files that they know every computer has and tell you they re harmful, which is completely untrue. They then use the remote access to steal from you. I have had this number ringing for three weeks every other day at aprox 4.20 it rings three times and when I answer it closes how frustrating. I can only think it is a sort of scam

Absolutely disgusting!! He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!
