These are very highly trained scammers and they appear to know details of my virgin media account. How? Has there been a data breach at Virgin? My account preferences are set to no contact by phone. It is British Gas so genuine but I was trying to buy boiler servicing online and they called me during my set up. I was quite surprised. He then proceeded to try and get me to do the same on the phone BUT I preferred to do on the website for safety so declined. When I returned to finish the online forms it just redirected me to call them. I was so annoyed at manipulation I didn’t call them

Rang us at 6 am, female caller had a Philippines accent, wanted us to take part in a survey for the FINANCIAL TIMES. Asked her if she was aware of the time and answered very brazenly "Yes it s very early" told her that we were not interested but she carried on so told her to "F**K OFF" and hung up. Posting this also on the FT Facebook WALL!!
