As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. I have not answered to these people. Not once. Yet, they call at least weekly. I ve got a years line rental with BT paid for up-front, which allows me to block 99% of unwanted calls (with a BT blocker phone purchased separately, in case anyone was wondering). This caller would likely be asking to speak with Mr Strevitt or Mr Gwendoline. As has been the nature of the calls for the past 3 years. I explain that I am neither of those names and they respond with "you re there, you ll do" and they are a nuisan
A cold call to protect myself against unwanted calls. Ironically, the callers are already. Unfortunately - for the caller - I already have a good working unit and blocking those numbers immediately.
