If they have taken money from your account its easy to get back go to your bank and explain to them and ask them you want to do charge back they will help you and within few days your money will be refunded. and don t forget each transaction it will cost this fraudsters around 20 quick just for charge back.

As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. I had a guarded conversation with the caller who, as mentioned above, was calling on behalf of the RSPCA. Apparently he wanted to confirm details for Gift Aid purposes, which raised suspicion in my mind as there are always boxes to tick when completing donation forms for any charity. He did have my name and postcode already and was very polite, but clearly working from a script. I have not ever donated by text.

Missed a call from these and now i have checked and seen it is another car accident scam company. I keep getting these all the damn time. I thought i had my number blocked but it seems not. These people need to be taught a lesson and more regulations about cold calling need to be implemented and enforced. So sick of these calls.
