Very annoying. I've only had my new number for a week and these people call me every day - 11 times yesterday! I've been driven to sign up to TPS to stop them. Tried to call back and the ring tone sounds foreign, even though it seems like a London number. Immediately hung up.

SCAM / SPAM Phishing call. Started with a recorded bot message claiming I had a compromised account which then forwarded me to a call centre who claimed to be from Amazon customer security team. They hung up suspiciously quickly as soon as I asked them to verify themselves. Don't be fooled. Hang up, get in touch with Amazon directly through a verified number to check what's going on.
