Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers or life insurance). For sure some general call centre with telemarketing offers. Did someone answer this one people? Recorded call suggesting I was about to miss a deadline for some spurious claim. Same recording used on various numbers. Infuriating. Have reported to ICO for all the good that will do.

Have had calls from variations on this sort of number to my mobile about once a month. Block each time but then get call from slightly different number. Car accident enquirer...but if you deviate from their script e.g. Ask which accident? They hang up. Nuisance but easy to recognise.

He gave me an overly cheerful 'gooooood morning', which I didn't know how to answer because it's 4pm here. As I considered my response, the line went dead.
