Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. Called from this number asking about my "Microsoft product" very agressive when I said I could not switch on my machine at this time. Very strong accent, difficult to understand. When I asked where they were calling from she just got cross and told me my laptop wouldn t work if I didn t switch it on now!

They tried to send me to a website to fix it but when I asked if I could have a number to call them back to make sure they were legit they hung up. These people have called my mum a few times,she is 80 & not well at the momment she is fed up with getting up & down to answer these cold callers.I have now told her to blow a whistle down the phone, this has stopped other callers when Iv e done this in the past.
Scam - number pretending to be HMRC with automated voice claiming unpaid tax is owed and you are due to appear in magistrate's court. Scam call, HMRC never call unexpectedly, and especially not from a mobile number!

They called twice in one week. You always know these people. You answer once, twice and then when you are just about ready to hang up they speak. Lots of back ground noise from their colleagues making more nuisance calls to other poor victims and they ask for you by name but need you to confirm it. You either say they have the wrong number and that person isn t known at this number then hang up or, just say that the line is breaking up and you can t hear them. They get bored really quickly and hang up.
Who is this does anyone know? Keep getting missed calls!
