Received a call 01519094412 at 16.10 this afternoon. I didn’t recognise the number and my mobile said it was a suspected spam call so I didn’t answer it and the caller didn’t leave a message.
She said calling from EE network.

He didnt give me a number but tried to say he could prove he was from the FCA bu searching their site for a reference number - the ref number linked to a real person but not someone who worked for the FCA. Some one called on my partner's mobile phone - a number that she shares very rarely if not at all. Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

Poor reception where I was when I answered so they couldn't hear me, but they knew my name, eventually they hung up. I rang the number back later and immediately heard an automated message saying my custom was important to them and I would be answered by the next available agent but no-where in the message did they reveal who they were so hung up.
