They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. Called at 1737hrs 21st July 2015. Pre-recorded message about PPI claiming. When called back - number is not recognised - a digit has been left out. Another for the Call Blocker.

This number is Santander. They contacted me when I tried to make a large transaction via Western Union and needed to confirm it was me. I was successfully able to make the transaction after the call. Very helpful.
