Just took a call from this number - they asked for me by name and then said I had recently entered a competition and thats how they got my number and they wanted to save me money on my power supplier - I politely explained I wasnt the bill payer and wasn t interested. The guy then demanded to speak to the bill payer - I told him they are not available and not interested. He then went on a rant at me - at which point I hung up and blocked the number. Sick to death of receiving bad press from numbers pretending to be my business, they sell their wares, the consumer gets fed up, researches the number adds up 2 & 2 gets 10 then complain about my business and I get to deal with their complaints. Who protects my reputation when these companies are allowed to trade make hundreds of unsolicited calls and hide behind the internet unchecked. ps. Received call from the number and they were offering me Free Holiday for 7 days and one night free accommodation in Manchester. They told I was chosen randomly from their office.
