I donated to this cause for Ebola and now they will not leave me alone im getting 20 calls a day and counting
Keep getting calls from this number but when I answer no one is there. Have tried to call back but again no one answers and the ringing tone is not a UK one. Avoid and block this number.

Automated voice claiming to be HMRC, to tell me that I'm being investigated for tax evasion and they've issued an arrest warrant, but, apparently, it will all be OK if I press 1
Robotic voice informing me the call wall from Revenue and Customs, and that a fraud case had been opened against me. I was told to press '1' immediately - or a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I hung up immediately.
Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. This is NatWest automated security check. I was asked to confirm three transactions with a simple yes or no (transactions that only I would know about) then my usual NatWest SMS message centre acknowledgment came through.

I was called on my mobile from this number at 15.05 on 4 May 2023. I didn't get to the phone before it stopped ringing and there was no message left. On 24 April 2023, I was also called from a number in the same range, that is 0141 320 0285, with exactly the same results. I've now blocked both numbers, but no doubt they could call me next week from 0141 320 0275 or similar! I've given it the benefit of the doubt with a rating of Annoying. I think it's actually likely to be Dangerous.
Caller said she was from BT checking my broadband connection.
This number appears to belong to a company called Close Brothers it was 01615186533 that called me They left a message asking me to call them and they called me by my name I have never heard of the company so i wont be calling them back
