Looks like the caller came from Worcester coming from a subway café in that area just off the A38 automated voice said it was forwarding a BTelecom message very odd, hung up immediately
Didnt leave a message so blocked.
Appeared as 0800 612 1691 when calling but voicemail header appeared as 01482 380 700. When I called back 0800 number it gave me the option to have my number removed from their call list. No more calls!

This is a market research company. This is how market research is done. In the call I took, the company were canvassing opinion for the HSE, this is important work. If you ignore their call they will presume that you are not available and call back again. If you don't want to take the call, just tell the caller that you are not interested in taking part in the survey. They won't call you back.
