Asian male, very aggressive, calling from Brummie Refunds, Birmingham. Trying to con ppl into PPI refunds. Hardly spoke English, probably shipped in on the back of the lorry and working for £1 an hour. Caller shouted everything, "I sign you up, I sign you up!!" Very intimidating. Claims to be a debt collection agency on behalf of Paypal (Yes I do have an ongoing dispute with Paypal), Google seems to support this fact. However after he asked me to confirm security details, I told him no - and I will only discuss/deal with Paypal direct. He told me I d receive a letter and email from them, again I said unless it comes from Paypal - I ain t dealing with you. Caller hung up.

i just received a call off this number telling me they had money set aside for a car accident i had been in, ive never had or being involved in a car accident ever and when i told him this the guy became aggressive and started sarcastically saying i must be a safe driver! and that it must be someone on my policy or if ive been a passenger, he didnt have a clue and was just rude, do not answer this call!
Keeps calling every day right the way through til 11:30pm last night.

The call was automated Glaswegian female voice saying "You have been contacted by (inaudible name), please call back immediately on 01413536463" the line went dead immediately. I decided to research number online as we do not have our number published in phone books. Various comments on forums suggest they are a debt collection agency called Zinc. We owe no debts and have great credit rating, so this call seems very strange! I won t be calling back either!
