Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. This number called me the day after I had an accident, I stupidly went along with the call thinking it was connected to my crash.. They told me to lie and say I had injuries! Ignore them and don t give any info they re so dodgey!!!

Calls to our (call screened, not on BT) number from 0800 044 5265. No message left, multiple attempts on multiple days. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from

Automated call supposedly from Amazon, asking me to press certain numbers, knew straight away it couldn t be Amazon, so put the phone down after five seconds or so.

Not supposed to get these calls as signed to TPS! Did't answer as I didn't recognise the number. No msg left
