Nobody spoke when I first answered then a woman came on and then a man asking about an accident I had had the day before that wasn't my fault.

Have had calls about accident on mobile and at office - this number called me today on mobile but I rejected as didn t recognise - looks like unsolicited telemarketing

They have called me 3 times today - also from 020 7946 1974. Hang up each time I answer.

I called back the number after abvout the 10th missed call. They are a company called MJE who want me to make a claim for missold PPI due to a loan or credit card. I didn t take PPI so told them they were wrong. Asked how they got my number, they get their phone list from a company called DLG Marketing. Told them to take me off the list, we ll see if I get anymore calls.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. If they are, perhaps others will not follow their example. I do not worry for myself, but people who fall for their smooth talking. Mine is from F1 magazine trying to get me to take out a subscription, I did fill in something on facebook and now I am rang every day at the same time.

Calling to insist I could get free insulation even though I told him we just recently had it done for free. Annoying Indian who could not speak English very well at all and addressed me with just my surname, no Mr! I am also on Telephone Preference Service.

Very bad experience with these rip off merchants...may have new numbers being 0161 6531333 & 0161 5313335. These people have taken your information from genuine charity company and continued to try and claim more money from myself, i got done for ?298.80!!! had a missed call from 01793 675162 rang back to find it was a company from AEV They asked if I had a missed phone call from them, I said no - so they rung off.

Received an urgent sounding recorded message, claiming to be British Gas and asking us to call 01216290765. Spoke to BG, and they have confirmed that THIS IS A SCAM, as they would never contact customers in such a manner.
