Tries to con you into giving electricity details and the end of contract date so that they can basically fill up their CRM system with leads for future calls. Said that they worked with my supplier but couldnt tell me who it was. They are obviously a telemarketing company who are looking to sell details to electricity suppliers for future sales. I politely declined and she thanked me for listening and hung up.

An robot appearing to be a person, asked about the accident I was in recently. Because I like to play with these people I answered from questions - e.g. yes I'd had an accident, but didn't remember anything about it. After a short while I was transferred to a real person, who I simply didn't say anything until they hungup on me. How are these people allowed to operate these phishing / scamming services?
